Higashi Osaka Plant
88 years since its founding in Higashi Osaka, the city of manufacturing and rugby, Daiwa Seiko takes pride in its steady progress brought about by its endeavors, with the most recent being its investment in industrial aeronautics.
The production plant places an emphasis on the manufacturing of agricultural machinery, kitchen equipment, and automobile parts, while integrating them under a total production system. At our development department, we use various tools which take us from prototyping to testing, then to mass production.
About Higashi Osaka
Located at the base of Mount Ikoma while being five minutes away from the Hanazono Rugby Stadium, this factory has convenient access to parks and various facilities, making it an ideal place to visit to see the cherry blossoms in the spring.
Tsu Plant
Cutting edge manufacturing takes place in our plant at Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. At the Tsu Plant, we handle high precision machining, assembly and quality control of over 20,000 units per month.
31 years after its establishment in Tsu City, this plant focuses on the manufacturing of automobile engine parts, and actively pursues the newest technologies in its production line.
The plant also has a wide parking lot, and a peaceful environment.
About Tsu
The Tsu plant is situated in the Katada Industrial Park in Tsu City. Other highlights include Sakakibara Onsen to the west, Gotemba Beach to the east, and several golf courses in the vicinity.
Toyonaka Plant
This plant started operation in 2020 as a processing base for construction machinery parts. Here, we pursue technical improvements such as the introduction of the latest laser cutter.
Here we offer manufacturing in the form of press processing technology through laser cutters, pipe benders and brake presses.
From welding to assembly, even from processing to assembly, we support a wide range of products.
About Toyonaka
Toyonaka is conveniently located at the heart of ShinOsaka and close to the Osaka International Itami Airport. Other nearby attractions include the Banpaku Park and the Hattoriryokuchi Park.
DAIWA SEIKO PHILIPPINES
CORPORATION（DSPC)
As an important base for manual transmission production by Japanese automakers in the Philippines, DSPC produces parts that require high technical skills such as precision machining and spline processing.
27 years since its founding in the Laguna International Industrial Park, DSPC houses high level technical capabilities for top profile automobile parts.
About Laguna
Located 30 minutes away by car from Manila, this factory enjoys a tropical climate where it is sunny all year-round with an average temperature of 26℃.
This area is also plentiful with fruits, so we recommend trying their mangoes and calamansi.
DAIWA Changzhou Plant（China）
DAIWA Changzhou plant is located in Changzhou City, Southern Jiangsu Province, China. Here, our main offerings include the production and sales of castings, die-cast aluminum processed products, and assemblies for agricultural machinery and automobile manufacturers in the Hedong region.
In its 11 years as a hub for manufacturing in China, DAIWA Changzhou delivers high precision machining, welding and assembly to Japanese automakers located in China and to local industries. DAIWA Changzhou also serves as a trading company, providing products made in China to Japan as well as vice versa.
About Changzou
Changzou city is located near the center of Yangtze River delta, roughly 160km west of Shangai, and halfway between Shanghai and Nanjing. It is bordered by the Yangtze River (Yangtze) in the north, near Taihu Lake in the south, and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal runs through the city. There are no natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, and the four seasons are clearly differentiated, making it a land of abundant harvest since ancient times. Many major Japanese companies have established operations in the area, making it a very comfortable place to live.
Tsukuba Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Established in 1974 as a factory specializing in tractor rotaries, Tsukuba Manufacturing Co. Ltd. specializes in laser machining sheet metal, pipe bender machines, and shaft tempering.
This is a manufacturing base in the east of the Daiwa Group that is capable of final painting and assembly.
