1. EV, PHEV Related Products
EVs do not have transmissions but instead have reduction gears. We produce control shaft products related to said reduction gears. The splined tip for the chontrol shaft is machined in-house.
We also specialize in shaft products using bar materials, dealing with distortion, carburizing, high-frequency heat treatment, etc. while maintaining product requirements.
Daiwa products are also used in EV minicars, and it is expected that the field of EVs will continue to expand in the future.
We also manufacture products related to reduction gears and transmissions, which have been used in domestic EVs for more than 10 years.
