Daiwa Seiko has a history of 80 years in the production of automotive engine valve train parts. We create designs, manage manufacturing, and test evaluation for products, including machining, assembly, and performance assurance all completed in-house.

2. VVT components

We manufacture VVT (variable valve timing) ​​unit components that change the valve timing using sintered materials, aluminum die-cast materials, and induction hardening. Mass production is performed using special techniques such as laser hardening.

3. EGR Housing

We manufacture EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) housings that circulate exhaust gas in diesel engines. In order to minimize the amount of exhaust gas leakage, we use a special cast iron that can withstand high temperatures of about 700℃. It is a product that requires high processing precision.
