1. Products Processed from Difficult-to-Cut Materials

In order to take advantage of Daiwa Seiko’s precision machining technology, aircraft engine parts processing, we took on the challenge of machining of aircraft engine parts and received high evaluation for our machined products, process charts, work instructions, jig and tool drawings, inspection instruction sheets, and inspection results.

We are working to receive orders for aerospace products and to further improve our machining technology.

The main material used in aerospace products is inconel (nickel alloy).
