1. Development

Our company has a long track record as a manufacturer of sowing machines for paddy rice. Taking advantage of this achievement, we worked on the development of a product that can sow seeds of several vegetable varieties.

2. Materials

Thin sheet metal (iron, stainless steel), turning (iron), resin (cutting), rubber, brush, electric parts, etc.

3. Specifications

300 trays (40,000 to 90,000 vegetable seeds) per hour can be filled with soil, seeds, and water automatically.

4. Manufacturing Process

At Daiwa Seiko, the following process is carried out :

Parts Procurement　➡　Parts Inspection　➡　Assembly 　➡　Finished Product Inspection　➡　Shipment
