1.Development
Daiwa Seiko received the sous vide cooker business through a M&A with another Japanese company. Improvements were made to the design and the resulting machine is currently being marketed for commercial use.

3.Specifications
- Packed food can be cooked in a water bath while maintaining the temperature at the set temperature (max. 80°C)
- Maximum input of 15 kg of food (food packages weighing up to 2.5 kg can be suspended on the machine rack for sous vide cooking)
