1.Development
A kitchen trading company requested a model change of this product, which had been manufactured by another company on an OEM basis, to improve reliability at a lower cost, to use a microcomputer, and to meet various other requirements. The product was moved to mass production while incorporating the requirements of ramen noodle chain restaurants during the design phase.
2. Materials
Thin sheet metal (SUS material), turning (SUS material), resin (molding), electrical parts, gas burner, microcomputer control, etc.
3. Specifications
- For around 3 minutes, about 1.2 kg of rice and ingredients are stir-fried and mixed evenly.
- Using the control panel, it is possible to change the strength of the heat, the rotation speed of the pot, and the rotation speed of the stirring blade.
- 10 cooking processes can be stored in the control panel memory.
4. Production
At Daiwa Seiko, the following process is carried out :
Parts Procurement ➡ Parts Inspection ➡ Assembly ➡ Finished Product Inspection ➡ Shipment
