The “International Hotel and Restaurant Show” (HCJ) will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Tuesday, February 4, to Friday, February 7, 2025. Our company plans to exhibit kitchen equipment such as the “Rice Robo” and the low-temperature cooker “Mitsuboshi-kun” at the MIK Corporation booth.

We will be offering samples of fried rice prepared with the “RoboChef,” an automatic fried rice cooker using rice cooked with the Rice Robo. Please stop by our booth if you visit the exhibition.

【Announcement and Thank You for the Conclusion of the International Hotel and Restaurant Show】

The International Hotel and Restaurant Show (HCJ2025), held from Tuesday, February 4 to Friday, February 7, 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight, concluded successfully with great success. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who visited.

This year’s highlight was “Solving the Labor Shortage.” Among the various labor-saving products exhibited by different companies, Daiwa Seiko’s Rice Robo attracted a significant amount of attention, reaffirming its wide recognition and encouraging us greatly.

As the issue of labor shortage in the food service industry is expected to become more serious, Daiwa Seiko will continue to provide unwavering trust and quality to support everyone.
