SPECIALTY DESIGN

We specialize in low-cost design using inexpensive sheet metal (thin materials, including SUS materials),
lathe machining, plastic resins, and electrical parts.

We listen to the client's needs and then design and develop based on the client's requests or based on our own company process for product planning.
We offer product specification, conceptual design, prototype production, product testing and mass production.

After contacting our team, we will schedule a consultation meeting where we discuss the client's needs in detail.

During the consultation, we listen to client requests, craft a design plan, identify product specifications, provide a development timeline, estimate costs and more all while ensuring clear communication and proposing our in-house developed cost-saving and design techniques. Our clients can rest assured that we will deliver to the best of our capabilities.

Design & Development

Structural Design, Mechanical Design, Control design, System Design

From our dedicated staff who handle the design and development of products in various industries, a lead-engineer who best meets the needs of the client will be chosen to head the project.

Based on 3D CAD, we perform everything from structural configuration to detailed design with a part configuration that suits the product with mass production in mind.

At the design stage, we ensure quality while simplifying design composition and reducing costs.

Design Review

Evaluation of Design Validity

After completing a detailed product design, the development department and related departments review whether the design conforms to the customer's specifications.

Prototyping
(Parts Production)

Design data can be transferred from 3D CAD to a 3D printer, so that parts can be produced in a few hours, and design and function models can be checked in a short time, shortening the development period.

It is possible to procure parts from over 500 suppliers, and it is possible to produce and procure parts with an eye on mass production.

(Parts Assembly)

After the prototyping stage, the development department assembles the prototype, to identify possible assembly problems and efficiency improvements.

Through assembly, we also identify quality control points and evaluate the use of jigs and tools.

(Evaluation)

The product specifications created based on the client's request are developed into a quality control check list, which is used to evaluate the assembled prototype.

The protoype will be evaluated based on its functionability, performance, configuration, reliability, safety, maintainability, and etc. using various testing instruments.

Deliberation

At the final stage of design development, relevant departments convene for a comprehensive deliberation.

Production

The development department provides final checks and approvals to issue technical documents necessary to the production line such as part drawings, product lists, and assembly instructions.

Various technical documents are managed reliably based on ISO-regulated protocols, including part-change management after mass production.

Commercialization

We ensure stable quality through regulated part inspections, in-line inspections, sampling inspections, and finalized product inspections.
