Fundamental Principles

As a manufacturer with an integrated manufacturing system from R&D to assembly of automotive parts, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, kitchen machinery, etc., we contribute to the sound development of the social economy. We recognize that our products and business activities are deeply related to the preservation of the local community and the global environment, and that the quality of our products and business activities has a great impact on the realization of our customers' expectations and needs. We aim to be a company trusted by everyone through complying with laws, regulations, and other social norms, and by reliably implementing ISO14001/9001 regulations and requirements.

Environmental Policies

We will strive to prevent global environmental pollution and protect the environment by complying with environmental laws, regulations, and rules, and by acting with company-wide wisdom in accordance with our basic philosophy.

Plan of Action

  • Comply with all laws and regulations related to safety, health, and disaster prevention, and strive to create a pleasant workplace and to prevent accidents and disasters.
  • To maintain the effectiveness, adequacy, and appropriateness of the environmental management system operation, we will implement continuous improvement and periodic reviews.
  • We will set annual environmental targets, disseminate them to each division and department, and operate them in accordance with procedures.
  • In order to improve our environmental performance, we will actively promote the following activities:
    • (1) Implement environmentally friendly design and actively engage in green and clean procurement.
    • (2) Conserve energy and resources associated with business activities
    • (3) Promotion of waste separation and recycling
    • (4) Participation in environmental preservation activities within the business site and in local environmental preservation activities
    • (5) Conduct environmental education and training in preparation for possible large-scale disasters.
    • (6) Engage in greening campaigns at business sites

Quality Assurance Policies

In line with our fundamental princinples, we place the highest priority on customer satisfaction and aim to be a company that is trusted by everyone.

Plan of Action

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements in all quality management system processes to provide safe and reliable products and services.
  • To constantly measure customer satisfaction and achieve customer expectations through our quality management system. We will also make continuous improvements through periodic management reviews.
  • Establish annual quality objectives, deploy them to each division and department, and operate them in accordance with procedures.
  • Establish and implement an annual training plan to improve employee competence and quality awareness.

This policy will be made known to all employees and related parties through posters and the Internet, and will also be made publicly available.
